Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your service duration to accommodate other clients.
In case of excessive delays, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full fee may be charged.
Refunds & Prepaid Services:
Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable but can be rescheduled as per our policy.
If LaCrown Luxury needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative appointment at the earliest convenience.
