Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals:

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your service duration to accommodate other clients.

• In case of excessive delays, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full fee may be charged.

Refunds & Prepaid Services:

• Prepaid services and packages are non-refundable but can be rescheduled as per our policy.

• If LaCrown Luxury needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative appointment at the earliest convenience.
